Q: Isn't a personal website just another form of self-absorbtion?
A: Well it depends on your perspective.. From our perspective that's kind of a negative and narrow-minded view. A personal website is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what your about to the world. If your a professional your in a niche market, a website is the simplest, modern and most convenient way to market yourself. A personal website is the pinnacle of online self-promotion.

Q: I already have a Linked-IN profile, can I still benefit from a personal website?
A: Absolutely! The main drawbacks with profiles such as Linked-IN, facebook etc, is that they are all limited in design. Everyone is stuck with the same design so there is no individuality. These profiles will also promote advertisements non-relevant to you or what your seeking, not only does this clutter things but it looks tacky from a design outlook. As most people these days have these profiles it will hardly set you apart, by all means have the popular profiles for a bit of networking, but ultimately what really sets you apart from the competition is:

A: Definitely! Imagine yourself as an Employer, you receive an e-mail as a covering letter with attached CV. The covering letter has a personal website address in as-well as the CV. Curious to find out what's there? Most people would be. You click to be directed to the site, that's part 1 covered.
This show's you've made an extra effort to promote yourself, employers are more likely to be impressed with you on first impressions compared with those that haven't made the effort with a personal website. Q: I want a blog based website, but a decent looking one! Can you do that?

Q: How much does a personal website cost?
A: It ultimately depends on what you want. Contact us so we can quote you instantly.
Q: How long does it take you to build a website?
A: It varies depending on the information we need from you and when we receive the initial 50% payment. Once the initial domain registration has begun we can start work immediately in the background. We can usually have your website done within a few days provided you give us all relevant page information up-front, this includes everything, pictures, info, the lot. If we don't have this then we can't work. Sending bits of info over several days results in a-lot of chasing and takes up a-lot of unnecessary time which is why we must confirm all the info should be given up-front before work commences.
Q: My website doesn't appear in google or other search sites?
A: Don't worry, it will. All websites are optimised for google, yahoo, msn etc. It can take up-to a couple weeks to a few months depending on how many people view your website and how many people / networks you link your site to. The more people view your site the higher google etc will rank you, the more places you link to, the higher google etc will rank you.. simple! It is more complex than that.. but that is the general way major search engines work.
Q: How do I add or change something to my website?
A: Once we've made your website, we will give you a log-in user-name and password. This enables you to log into the website and update or add new articles. All websites are designed in a friendly to use content management system. We always recommend to people as soon as they receive their log-in to get stuck in and start familiarising themselves with the system. The article page editor is similar to using 'Microsoft office Word' very easy, but basic training is highly recommended for people unfamiliar with the system. We offer half day and full day packages.
Q: How do I setup my e-mail?
A: It depends which Operating System your using and which mail client. We set-up any e-mails you want on the web-server. We then give you the relevant information for you to enter into your mail client depending on which one you use. There are simple online guides to help you if you are having difficulty. We can also carry out a site visit and configure any computers for e-mail if required.
Q: I'm not from the UK can you still build me a website?
A: Yes of course, depending on what country you're from, allow extra time for payment and domain setup. All website information can be sent via e-mail and any consultations can be done via 'Skype'. The power of the Internet!
